Meet the Staff
Rev. Jeff Dorn D.Min
Program Director
Jeff has recently completed his D.Min in Leadership from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS). His doctoral project provides updated training material for the Shapes Mentoring Program. He also has a Master of Divinity from AGTS and a degree in Youth Ministry from Eastern College. As an ordained minister Jeff has worked with people in need for many years. Recently, he has spent 6 years in a pastoral role. As the Coordinator of Business for AGTS prior to coming on staff at the Shapes Mentoring Program, Jeff brings 13 years of business and management experience. Jeff has served as the Mentor Support Coordinator at Shapes Mentoring, taking the role of Program Director in July 2008.
Jeff has also mentored in the Shapes Mentoring Program for 4 years. He has seen first-hand the impact that the program can have in the life of children and is excited about facilitating this relationship for many more children and adults.
